I've never had a real tree before. Any tips?
-
Buy a tree stand in advance so its ready when you get home.
-
If your stand requires a hole to be drilled in the bottom of the trunk, have a plan for how to do that.
-
Watering daily is key to longevity.
-
With proper care, they last 5-6 weeks in your home.
-
Bring some straps or rope to secure it to your car.
-
It can shed some sap. If it does, clean it up asap before it dries.
-
Have a route of how you will bring it in and out of the house. The branches bend but consider the size of any doorsways or hallways.
-
We have tree clean up bags available for purchase.
11
How big are your trees?
-
Most are 5-7 feet with some in the 8-10 range.
12
What kind of trees to do you have?
-
We have a variety, but will only be selling Frasier Firs in 2025. The other kinds are not mature enough to sell yet.
